What You'll Need:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese block
  • 2 TBSP Prohibition Ghost of the South Rub

How To Prepare

Season the Cream Cheese:

  • Cover the entire block of cream cheese with Prohibition Ghost of the South Rub, ensuring even coverage.

Prepare for Smoking:

  • Place the cream cheese block in a BBQ-safe pan (an aluminum disposable pan works great).

Cook:

  • Smoked Version: Place the pan in the smoker at 250°F and cook for 1 hour.
  • Non-Smoked Version: Bake in the oven at 250°F for 1 hour following the same instructions.

Serve:

  • Once done, transfer the cream cheese to a serving platter and serve with crackers or bread.
