What You'll Need:

  • 1 pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • ⅓ cup Prohibition Original BBQ Sauce (divided)
  • 1 lb. chicken
  • 2 TBSP Prohibition Smoky Mountain Sweet Rub
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ cup thinly sliced red onions

How To Prepare

  • Season the Chicken: Rub the chicken with Prohibition Smoky Mountain Sweet Rub.
  • Cook the Chicken: Smoke, grill, or bake the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Shred the cooked chicken.
  • Assemble the Pizza:
    • Spread ¼ cup of Prohibition Original BBQ Sauce over the pizza crust.

    • Drizzle the remaining BBQ sauce on top.
