What You'll Need:
- 1 bag of fingerling potatoes
- 2-3 TBSP Prohibition “Our Bad” Seasoning
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
How To Prepare
- Wash & Boil: Wash potatoes thoroughly. Place them in a medium saucepan filled with salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until just tender.
- Cool & Toss: Drain the potatoes and let them cool for 10 minutes. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, “Our Bad” seasoning, and salt & pepper until well coated.
- Smash & Arrange: Place the seasoned potatoes in a cast iron skillet and smash them lightly with a fork.
- Bake: Cook in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
- Add Parmesan: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and place back in the oven until the cheese is melted.
- Serve: Enjoy them warm alongside your favorite dishes.
