Cast Iron Tuscan Potatoes

These crispy, golden fingerling potatoes are seasoned to perfection with Prohibition’s “Our Bad” seasoning and topped with optional Parmesan cheese for a savory twist. Cooked in a cast iron skillet, they’re the ideal side dish for any meal.

What You'll Need:

  • 1 bag of fingerling potatoes
  • 2-3 TBSP Prohibition “Our Bad” Seasoning
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)

How To Prepare

  • Wash & Boil: Wash potatoes thoroughly. Place them in a medium saucepan filled with salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until just tender.
  • Cool & Toss: Drain the potatoes and let them cool for 10 minutes. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, “Our Bad” seasoning, and salt & pepper until well coated.
  • Smash & Arrange: Place the seasoned potatoes in a cast iron skillet and smash them lightly with a fork.
  • Bake: Cook in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
  • Add Parmesan: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and place back in the oven until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve: Enjoy them warm alongside your favorite dishes.
