What You'll Need:

  • 2 lb. bone-in pork roast
  • Prohibition “Our Bad” Seasoning
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 red potatoes, washed and quartered
  • 6-8 carrots, washed and peeled

How To Prepare

  • Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray or rub it with olive oil.
