Tuscan Grilled Pork Chops and Peaches

Juicy, flavorful pork chops paired with sweet, caramelized peaches and seasoned with Under the Tuscan Gun seasoning. This combination of savory and sweet makes for a perfect summer meal.

What You'll Need:

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 3 TBSP Under the Tuscan Gun seasoning
  • 2 peaches, cut in half and pit removed
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

How To Prepare

  • Season the Pork Chops:

    • Rub the pork chops with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and 2 TBSP of Under the Tuscan Gun seasoning.
    • Let the pork chops sit for 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to absorb.

    Season the Peaches:

    • Lightly rub the peach halves with olive oil and season with the remaining Under the Tuscan Gun seasoning or to your taste.

    Grill the Pork Chops:

    • Preheat the grill and cook the pork chops until they reach a minimum internal temperature of 145°F.

    Grill the Peaches:

    • Place the peaches face down on the grill until grill marks are visible and the peaches are slightly caramelized.

    Serve:

    • Place a grilled peach half on top of each pork chop for a delicious presentation and a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors.
